3.1 Core samples are taken from concrete, asphalt pavement, and limestone foundations at highways, airports, ports, dams, and other sites for compressive and flexural strength tests.

4.1 It adopts a double-column structure and a screw-feed mechanism, offering excellent stability and simple, effortless operation. Equipped with traveling wheels for convenient mobility.
4.2 By employing high‑speed cutting technology in conjunction with thin‑walled diamond drill bits, it is capable of drilling and cutting high‑strength reinforced concrete with high drilling efficiency, precise hole positioning, smooth bore walls, and excellent hole quality—resulting in core samples that are intact, smooth, and subject to minimal vibration, while causing no damage to the building.

Notes and Precautions

5.1 When a stuck drill occurs, it is not permitted to forcibly start the machine in an attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, the drill must be freed manually—such as by using an extended wrench to turn the drill bit—before the machine can be restarted.
5.2 When a core sample becomes lodged inside the drill bit, drilling must be stopped immediately and the core removed promptly. When removing the core, only a rubber mallet or a soft wooden rod may be used to gently tap the steel body of the drill bit; repeated tapping will gradually dislodge and extract the core. It is strictly prohibited to strike the drill bit or core with a steel hammer, and it is also strictly forbidden to insert a steel rod from the rear of the drill bit to strike the core, as this could damage the thin-walled drill bit.
