Square Concrete Splitting Resistance Test Fixture

The splitting tensile strength of concrete can be determined, and the flexural strength of concrete can be calculated based on the relationship between flexural strength and splitting tensile strength. This test shall comply with the Test Procedures for Cement and Cement Concrete in Highway Engineering, JTGE30–2005.

Circular Concrete Cylinder Splitting Fixture

The splitting tensile strength of concrete can be determined, and the flexural strength of concrete can be calculated based on the relationship between flexural strength and splitting tensile strength. This test shall comply with the national standards GB/T50081–2002 and JTGE30–2005, “Test Procedures for Cement and Cement Concrete in Highway Engineering.”

Concrete Splitting Resistance Fixture (Dual-Use)

Two cubic split steel shims with a radius of R75mm; two cylindrical split steel shims measuring 50*20mm.

70.7 Type Mortar Splitting Resistance Fixture

This fixture is designed and manufactured in accordance with the “Test Procedures for Cement and Cement Concrete in Highway Engineering” (JTG 3420–2020). When used in conjunction with the corresponding testing machine, this product is suitable for determining the strength of cement mortar and other materials that are specifically tested using this method.

Concrete Expansion Agent B Testing Instrument

Concrete expansion agents are admixtures that, when mixed with cement and water, undergo hydration reactions to form ettringite and calcium hydroxide, causing the concrete to expand in volume. This measuring instrument complies with Test Method B specified in the standard GB/T 23439-2017 “Concrete Expansion Agents,” and features light weight, a simple structure, convenient operation, and resistance to rust.

BC-300 Digital Length Measuring Instrument

The BC-300 Length Measuring Instrument is suitable for determining the drying shrinkage rates of cement paste and cement mortar specimens at various ages, in accordance with the requirements of JC/T603-2004 “Test Method for Dry Shrinkage of Cement Paste,” JTGE30-2005 “Code for Cement and Concrete Tests in Highway Engineering” – Section T0511, JGJ70-90 “Test Methods for Basic Performance of Building Mortar,” GB11972-89 “Test Method for Dry Shrinkage of Aerated Concrete,” and GB/T14685 “Gravel and Crushed Stone for Construction.” It can also be used to determine the expansion rate, restricted expansion rate, and self‑stress value of these types of cement, as specified in JC313-96 “Test Method for Expansion Rate of Expansive Cement” and JC453-96 “Test Method for Physical Properties of Self‑Stressing Cement.”

JH-320 Alkali-Aggregate Length Ratio Tester

The JH-320 Alkali-Aggregate Length Measuring Instrument is primarily used to measure changes in specimen length during alkali–aggregate reaction tests. It features a simple structure, convenient operation, and accurate, rapid measurements, making it one of the essential instruments for alkali–aggregate reaction testing.

ISO-160 Cement Length Measuring Apparatus

The 160-type mortar tester is a precision instrument used to measure changes in length. It is suitable for cement expansion agent production plants, cement product manufacturers, research institutions, colleges and universities, construction engineering departments, and other such entities, where it is employed to determine the linear expansion rate of expansive cement, the free expansion rate and restrained expansion rate of self‑stress cement, as well as the restrained free expansion rate of cement paste.

SP-175 Vertical Shrinkage Tester for Mortar

The vertical mortar shrinkage tester is designed in accordance with the national standard “JGJ/T70-2009 Test Methods for Basic Performance of Building Mortar” and is used to determine the natural drying shrinkage of building mortar. It also complies with standards such as “GB/T11969-2008 Test Methods for Properties of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete” and “GB/T 2542-2012 Test Methods for Masonry Bricks.”
