NBJ-II Rock Disintegration Test Apparatus (Chinese/English Version)
The Rock Disintegration Resistance Tester is a specialized instrument used to determine the durability disintegration index of rocks. It can assess the long-term resistance of rocks to disintegration after repeated cycles of drying and wetting caused by climatic factors. The device employs a motor mounted on the base plate, which rotates two drum-shaped specimen chambers at 20 revolutions per minute. The drum-shaped specimen chambers are mounted on lubricated bearings, ensuring smooth rotation with minimal friction. These chambers are constructed from corrosion‑resistant materials and are equipped with two water tanks. The tester is widely applicable in universities, research institutes, testing centers, and other institutions for the determination of clayey rocks and weathered rocks, among others.
YS-II Rock Free Expansion Ratio Tester
The rock free expansion ratio testing apparatus is specifically designed for rocks that do not easily disintegrate upon contact with water. This testing instrument features a digital dial gauge with direct readout, making it suitable for various rock expansion tests conducted in unconfined conditions, as well as for measuring displacement changes in all directions. It is equipped with permeable plates, dial gauges, and other necessary testing devices.
FY-5 Rock Lateral Confinement Swelling Tester
The rock lateral confinement expansion tester features a digital dial gauge with direct readout, and is suitable for testing axial displacement changes under lateral confinement conditions in various rock expansivity tests. It is equipped with a permeable plate, dial gauges, and other testing devices.
YP-II Rock Swelling Pressure Tester
The rock swelling pressure tester features digital display and uses manual screw rotation to apply pressure. It is suitable for swelling pressure tests under constant volume conditions in various rock swelling experiments and is equipped with permeable plates, dial indicators, and other testing devices.
TM-4 Rock Elastic Modulus Tester
The instrument is suitable for determining the elastic modulus (hereinafter referred to as the elastic modulus) of various types of rocks under static compressive stress. The elastic modulus determination experiment is an indispensable component of rock mechanics experiments in mining-related majors.
YTZJ-I Rock Direct Shear Testing Machine
This instrument is a comprehensive system comprised of multiple components. It serves as a new type of testing apparatus capable of conducting both rock mechanical property tests and soil mechanical property tests. The direct shear tester for rocks was developed in accordance with the provisions of the national industry standards SLT264–2020, “Code for Rock Testing in Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Engineering,” and JTG E41–2005, “Code for Rock Testing in Highway Engineering.” Employing the push‑along method, this instrument is primarily suited for direct shear tests on rock blocks, structural surfaces (such as joint planes, bedding planes, foliation planes, and fracture surfaces), as well as for tests on the contact surfaces between concrete (or mortar) and rock (i.e., bonding surfaces), and for determining the interfacial shear strength between concrete and other materials or the overall shear resistance of composite structures.
YSPL-1 Type Rock Splitting Clamp
Applicable to coal and rock that can be fabricated into standard specimens. Radial compressive line loads are applied to solid cylindrical specimens until failure, and the maximum tensile stress of the specimen is determined.
DZY-2A (1A) Rock Point Load Testing Machine
The instrument is suitable for determining the elastic modulus (hereinafter referred to as the elastic modulus) of various types of rock under static compressive stress. The elastic modulus determination experiment is an indispensable component of rock mechanics experiments in mining-related majors.
