    The DYE-3000S microelectromechanical hydraulic servo pressure testing machine can set loading rates in accordance with relevant standards and meet the standard loading rate control requirements to perform compressive strength tests on materials such as cement, concrete, and rail joint connections under rated test forces, as well as overall shear performance tests on rail joint connections. It features dynamic display and real‑time control of load, time, and test curves, along with a test force holding function.

    This testing machine features a separate main unit and oil source design; it is suitable for compressive strength tests of cement and concrete, and when equipped with appropriate fixtures and measuring devices, it can also perform split tensile tests and static elastic modulus tests on concrete.

    Operating Procedures

    1. Turn on the power and start the testing machine, control unit, and computer, then check whether the testing machine is functioning properly.

    2. Select the test items according to the specimen, and place the specimen in the pending bending (or compression) state as required.

    3. Click the “Start Test” button on the computer display to begin the test. After the test starts, the testing machine’s piston will begin to rise. Click the “Zero” button in the load display field to reset the load to zero.

    4. If any special circumstances arise during the test, you may immediately click the “Stop” button on the display screen or turn off the power to the testing machine; resume normal operation only after the valve port has been reset.

    5. After the specimen fails, the testing machine automatically stops, the valve opens and resets automatically, data is recorded, the instrument and equipment usage log is completed, the power is turned off, and thorough cleaning is performed.
