Purpose
The fully automatic mixing machine is an essential mixing machine for preparing asphalt sand gravel mixture or cement sand gravel mixture samples. This machine fully meets the requirements of JTG 3410-2025 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" issued by the Ministry of Transport. At present, it has been widely used in laboratories of scientific research, construction, and supervision departments in the highway system.

9-Tighten the handleThe structural principle of the machine is shown in Figure 1. It consists of three main parts: a heating pot, a mixer, and Lifting mechanism. The temperature of the heating pot can be set arbitrarily within the range of room temperature to 250 ℃ and automatically controlled. The mixer consists of a mixing head, a motor, and a mixing blade. During work, the stirring blade rotates and revolves inside the pot to mix the mixture. The mixing time is controlled by a timer and can be set arbitrarily within the range of 1 to 9999 seconds. The lifting mechanism consists of a motor, a belt reducer, a screw, and other components, used to lift and lower the mixer. When adding or discharging materials, the mixer is raised to the highest position; And when the mixer is lowered to the lowest position during stirring, Figure 2 shows three different working states of the machine.
