Uses
The fully automatic mixing machine is an indispensable piece of equipment for preparing asphalt–aggregate or cement–aggregate mixtures for test specimens. This machine fully complies with all the provisions set forth in the Ministry of Transport’s JTG 3410-2025 “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.” It is currently widely used in laboratories across research, construction, and supervision departments within highway systems.

9-Secure the handle.The structural principle of this machine is illustrated in Figure 1. It consists of three main components: a heating pot, a mixer, and a lifting mechanism. The temperature of the heating pot can be set arbitrarily within the range of room temperature to 250°C and is automatically controlled. The mixer comprises a mixing head, a motor, and mixing paddles. During operation, the mixing paddles perform both orbital and rotational motion within the pot, thoroughly blending the mixture. The mixing time is controlled by a timer and can be set freely within the range of 1 to 9,999 seconds. The lifting mechanism is composed of a motor, a belt reducer, a lead screw, and other components, which are used to raise and lower the mixer. When loading or discharging materials, the mixer is raised to its highest position; when mixing, the mixer is lowered to its lowest position. Figure 2 illustrates the three distinct operating states of this machine.
