Basic introduction of molding machine

1. Safety warning;

This molding machine is a safe and reliable instrument. Our company cannot anticipate errors or accidents that may arise from various incorrect operations or unspecified uses. Therefore, if special operations are not mentioned in this manual, please consult our company first to see if they can be used.
Before each work, check whether there are any foreign objects on the guide rail, keep it clean, and apply lubricating oil. When the molding machine is running, do not touch the moving parts; Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry, be careful of scratches and bumps to avoid personal injury.
When troubleshooting mechanical problems and disassembling the casing, be sure to cut off the power supply.
The instrument must have a safe grounding to ensure the safety of the operator.
When operating the instrument, ensure that the supporting feet are fully grounded.
If any abnormal situation occurs, please immediately cut off the power and contact our company in a timely manner.

2. Attention:

3. Rated power of power supply:

The working voltage of this instrument is three-phase four wire system; The power is 3KW, and the black wire is the neutral wire.

4. Introduction:

This molding machine is produced by our company using advanced international technology, which has greatly improved the safety, simplicity, durability of the instrument, noise control, heat dissipation, and energy control compared to similar instruments.
The wheel width of this rutting instrument is 300mm, and the compaction line load is 300N/cm.
In terms of instrument safety, there is an emergency switch on the instrument control box. In case of emergency, closing this switch can immediately stop all running actions.

7. Unpacking inspection:

After receiving the instrument, there should be a complete factory certificate and relevant documents inside.
Check if the following accessories are included:

One standard trial model
Check if the above components are intact and undamaged. If there is any damage, immediately contact the carrier and manufacturer!

Start operation

1. Unpacking and installation:

Remove all transportation fixing brackets and detach the equipment from the wooden board.
Attention: Be careful when disassembling heavy instruments to avoid personal injury or instrument damage.
The product transportation packaging box should be properly stored for future use during transportation.
Move the device to a fixed position, ensuring that the instrument is not shaking and remains level.
The equipment should not be tightly attached to the wall and maintenance space should be left.

2. Control unit:

Connect the power supply properly. Confirm that the power supply is three-phase four wire, with the black wire being the neutral wire. After connecting, use the table to measure and confirm that the installation is correct.

3. Power on:

Rotate the emergency stop knob to the right to turn on the power, and both the temperature controller and counter will display. Rotate the start stop knob of the oil pump to the right to turn on the power supply of the oil pump, and turn the up and down knob of the grinding tile. The grinding tile should be able to move freely up and down. Pressing the car walking button allows the car to move freely back and forth.

4. Setting:

To set the temperature, press the left button on the temperature controller in the SV column, and the decimal point will flash. Press the up and down keys to set the decimal point. The PV column displays the measured values. The temperature automatically starts to heat up.
Set the number of walks, press the left button on the counter, and press the up and down buttons to set which one flashes. After setting, wait a few seconds for it to automatically save. The button on the far right is the reset button

The experiment begins

1. Test piece placement

After the temperature remains constant, install the test piece and lock it tightly.
Attention: When placing the trial mold, the trolley must be in the middle position of the stroke, otherwise it should be adjusted.

2. Adjust temperature

If the temperature is not very accurate, the temperature sensor can be adjusted up and down.
Attention: Do not apply too much force when locking.

3. Start the experiment

Start the oil pump, drive the roller to the descending position, reset the counter, and press the start button to start the car. The experiment begins.

4. Experiment ends

After the experiment is completed, the car will automatically stop, and the roller will be driven to the rising position to the top before turning off, and the oil pump will also stop.

5. Remove the test piece

Pull out the test piece flat, clean up the newspapers and crushed materials around the test piece, and if there are any unevenness, use a compaction hammer to flatten them appropriately.

6. Cleaning up

After removing the test piece, clean the guide rail of the trolley and add lubricating oil.

1. Load adjustment

After using the molding machine for a period of time, pressure calibration is required to ensure the accuracy of the experiment

Service

The molding machine only requires a small amount of maintenance. Regular cleaning and lubrication are necessary to reduce damage to moving parts. Especially the cleaning and lubrication inside the guide rail.
